Rate Policy

Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per GST

• For room tariffs up to INR 7,500, a GST of 12% will be charged and for tariffs of INR 7,501 and above, an 18% GST will be charged.
• Additionally, a nominal service charge of 2.5% is levied. If you prefer not to pay this charge, please inform our staff at the time of billing for an exemption.
• These rates are subject to change according to government policy.
   

Arrival & Departure Policy

Check-in: 12 p.m.
Check-out: 12 p.m.

Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the room is to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 6 pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.

• Arrival before 7 a.m. - will attract a full day's room charges from the previous night.
• Arrival between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. - will attract half-day room charges on the best rate.
• Departure after 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. - will attract half-day room charges on the best rate.
• Departure after 8 p.m. - will attract a full day's room charges.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day's retention charges. All No shows will also attract 1 day's retention charges. 

Guarantee Policy

Bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. Major cards are accepted.

Child Policy

Children above 10 years old, with or without an extra bed, will be charged an additional INR 1,250 + taxes per child per night.

Photo Identity

All Guests are requested to produce the government-approved photo identity card for Indian Nationals and Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon Arrival.
