Parthasarathy Temple
The Parthasarathy Swamy Temple, one of the 108 Divya Desams, is said to have been renovated by a king of the Pallava dynasty. Traditionally known as Thiru-Alli-Keni, it is now called Thiruvallikeni or modern Triplicane. Originally built by the Pallavas in the 6th century under King Narasimhavarman I, it is one of the oldest structures in Chennai.
